ROTI linked to ceremonies

ROTI scores are now decoupled from the old session abstraction and linked to ceremony occurrences. Each time a ceremony takes place, you can attach a separate ROTI score to it — including date. This removes the duplicate “sessions” layer and makes ceremonies the central unit for team activities.

  • ROTI per ceremony occurrence (ceremony + date)
  • Sprint summary shows a breakdown per ceremony type
  • Empty state guides you directly to setting up ceremonies

  • Agenda items with type, duration and responsible person
  • Interval logic: daily, weekly, bi-weekly, per sprint or custom
