This is the direction Iterr is growing towards. The roadmap reflects current priorities and may change based on feedback from teams actively using the platform.
How the platform is built
Authentication, organisations, teams, sprints and the Estimr integration. Hierarchy: organizations → groups (optional) → teams → sprints.
Niko Niko (daily mood check + heat map) and Confidence Score (sprint goal confidence, live polling).
Retro Tool (drag-and-drop, 4 formats, voting), ROTI (session value 1–5) and Commitments (central action layer with deadline and status).
Stakeholder Radar (influence × engagement), Governance (decisions + working agreements) and Groups/ART structure for teams at programme level.
Icebreakers catalogue (175+, smart filters), Sprint Health Score (weighted 0–100 from all modules), Team Agenda (weekly ceremony calendar), Ceremony Templates and ROTI linked to ceremony occurrences. Retro canvas (free positioning, TF-IDF clustering, whiteboard import), Team Switcher and Commitments as a standalone module. App available in 24 languages (all 27 EU member states covered).
AI-free clustering of retro stickies via TF-IDF cosine similarity: similar items are automatically grouped. Threshold adjustable, clusters renameable and items reassignable. The facilitator always has the final say.
Stripe integration for self-service subscriptions: Free → Starter → Pro → Scale. Automatic invoices, instant upgrades and downgrades.
Multi-team per organisation with RTE dashboard, notifications & reminders, SSO and data processing agreement (DPA). Makes Iterr suitable for larger organisations.
