Answers to the most common questions about Iterr, Estimr, pricing and data.
The platform
When will Iterr be fully available?
Iterr is being rolled out in phases during 2026. We expect the first modules — Niko Niko and Confidence Score — in Q3 2026 for early adopters. Estimr (planning poker) is already fully available today at estimr.eu.
What is the difference between Iterr and Estimr?
Estimr is a planning poker tool. Iterr is the overarching platform that brings Estimr and other modules together: mood tracking, retros, ROTI, stakeholder radar, governance and sprint health score. Estimr continues as a standalone product at estimr.eu.
Can I start today?
Yes — with Estimr at estimr.eu. If you use Estimr now, there is nothing to migrate later: your team automatically becomes available in Iterr as soon as you create an organization.
Pricing & subscriptions
What if my team grows?
Iterr automatically sends an upgrade suggestion to the organization owner. You decide when to upgrade. Billing is pro-rata.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes, two months free with annual billing on Starter and Pro. Scale can be invoiced annually on request.
Can invoices go to a different company than my account?
Yes. An organization has its own billing profile with its own VAT number; personal accounts are separate from the billing entity.
Does Iterr include Estimr Pro?
Yes. Iterr Starter gives Estimr Pro for the RTE; Iterr Pro for all team members; Iterr Scale gives Estimr Team for all teams in your organization.
Privacy & data
How do you handle GDPR and data ownership?
All data is stored on servers in Europe. Mood aggregates are only shown from three votes onwards to protect individuals. A user who wants to be removed from Iterr gets a hard delete, including all module data.
Who can see individual mood votes?
Only the voter and the team’s RTE. Exported reports always show aggregated data.
Do you make backups?
Daily logical dumps of the entire database, weekly off-site backups to an external location in Europe.
Technical
Do you have an API?
A read-only API is on the roadmap for Iterr Pro and up. No specific release date yet.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes — both Estimr and Iterr are fully responsive. No separate app, just your browser.
Which browsers are supported?
Modern Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (last 2 versions). No IE.
