ROTI linked to ceremonies
ROTI scores are now decoupled from the old session abstraction and linked to ceremony occurrences. Each time a ceremony takes place, you can attach a separate ROTI score to it — including date. This removes the duplicate “sessions” layer and makes ceremonies the central unit for team activities.

- Sprint summary shows a breakdown per ceremony type
- Empty state guides you directly to setting up ceremonies
