2. What is Iterr?

Iterr is a SaaS application (Software as a Service) for agile teams, with modules for mood tracking, confidence votes, ROTI, retrospectives, stakeholder management, governance and icebreakers, plus integrated planning poker through Estimr. You obtain a right of use; no transfer of software ownership takes place.

Iterr is under active development. Parts may be marked as beta; functionality may become available in phases.

3. Subscription

  • The subscription starts on the day of activation.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period, unless you cancel via the account settings no later than 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • The free plan can be used at any time without cancellation.

4. Payment

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you also accept Stripe’s terms.
  • If you cancel a paid subscription early, no refund is given for the remaining part of the paid period.

5. Availability

We aim for maximum availability of the service (best effort). No guaranteed uptime (SLA) applies to the free or paid standard plans. For Scale and Enterprise customers, different arrangements are possible on request.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Iterr in the past 3 months. We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profit.

7. Changes

We may amend these terms. You will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
